DAVID ONDERDONK, the younger, was bit by his dog on his finger when trying to separate her from fighting with their other dog.  The finger began to swell, became infected and Dave was admitted to the hospital 3-29-07.  The doctors pursued the infection aggressively with IVs but it still required surgery.  Dave went home 4-1-07 but can’t use his hand for a month or so.  Kathy was bitten in the palm by the other dog, but Kathy didn’t develop an infection.

Our Sympathy

DAVID E. ONDERDONK, age 95, of Euclid passed away April 1st. Beloved husband of Elizabeth; former husband of the late Adele; dear father of Roger (deceased), Gina DiSantis and David; step-father of Bill Weston and Pat Weston-Hall; grandfather of 16; brother of Larry and Helen (both deceased). Burial in Acacia Park.

Frank Roper believes David was baptized between 1955 and 1965 when C.F. Pryor was at the Golden Rule Church.  Keep this family in your prayers.  David sleeps in glorious hope of the coming resurrection!

An 8-Second Easter “Sermon”

Jesus lived a good life in a wicked world -

To show us it can be done.

He died and rose again -

To show us we can do that too!

 WORSHIP 10:45A.M.

On the first day of the week, very early in the morning, the women took the spices they had prepared and went to the tomb. They found the stone rolled away from the tomb, but when they entered, they did not find the body of the Lord Jesus. While they were wondering about this, suddenly two men in clothes that gleamed like lightning stood beside them.  In their fright the women bowed down with their faces to the ground, but the men said to them, "Why do you look for the living among the dead?  He is not here; he has risen! Remember how he told you, while he was still with you in Galilee: 'The Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, be crucified and on the third day be raised again.'" Then they remembered his words.
